Equipped with state-of-the art technology, the heroal logistics centre with its fully automatic high bay racks ensures short response and delivery times in order processing. The 40,000 m² logistics centre is the place were all products are stored and orders are picked, and from where consignments are forwarded to our customers by our own fleet of vehicles – an important cornerstone for our service commitment and the growth strategy of our company in Germany and Europe. Thanks to the central storage of our products and the absolute reliability of heroal’s own fleet of vehicles, you can benefit from very short delivery and response times.

As leading aluminium system provider, heroal offers its customers a unique service in the industry: the in-house profile bending and edging service with state-of-the-art technology. This service enables you to react flexibly and fast to structural details and additional designs required by architects and builders. With heroal’s profile bending and edging service, a wide variety of profile shapes can be created, e.g. round, segmental and basket arches, or circular elements. The custom-fit, easy-to-reproduce edgings and laser cuttings provide for aluminium systems that are perfectly tailored to every customer‘s requirements.

With the configurator in the heroal Communicator it takes just a few clicks to configure finished elements from the range of roller shutters and sun protection elements. You can use the configuration to ask for a quote from heroal and create your own quote for your customers. Your order can also be easily processed via the configurator. That way, the offering and ordering process is optimised and helps you to reduce the potential for error caused by price tables entered manually.
