heroal S 77 SL opens up new large dimensions and guarantees maximum transparency with its unique innovative frame construction. The new generation of heroal lifting-sliding doors combines a movable monorail casement with fixed frame glazing and minimal view widths. This large frameless glazing with clean lines forms an almost invisible link between the inside and outside, extending the living space beyond its actual limits.
The lifting-sliding door system heroal S 77 SL (shape line) opens up new dimensions with an impressive height of up to 3 metres, creating maximum transparency with its unique, innovative frame design. The system combines a movable monorail sash with frameless fixed glazings with minimum face widths. Used as a 90-degree corner solution with an all-glass corner made of insulating glass, or as a corner solution that can be opened without the need for a support in the corner area, the heroal S 77 SL lifting-sliding door system becomes an architectural design element.
Thanks to heroal's exclusive cooperation with Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, the heroal S 77 SL lifting-sliding door is available in the colour system of the Polychromie Architecturale. The 63 shades inspired by nature are perfectly matched and can be harmoniously combined with each other. Each of the Le Corbusier colours has an individual effect on rooms and objects. In addition to the Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier colours, heroal S 77 SL is also available in more than 500 RAL and DB colours, which, like the Le Corbusier colours, are applied to the aluminium profiles of the lifting-sliding door using the particularly durable heroal hwr powder coating. Impressive looks such as wood, concrete or rust can be created with heroal SD coating technology.
Even with sash weights of up to 400 kg, heroal S 77 SL stands out for its simple, convenient operation. The particularly smooth operation and great ease of use are made possible by concealed elements such as tension springs, retraction and handle dampers. If motorised operation at the touch of a button, radio remote control or smartphone is required, the heroal SF Drive drive system can be integrated.
Unrestricted mobility is offered by heroal S 77 SL barrier-free or designed as a zero barrier in accordance with German industry norm DIN 18040. As an option, the heroal DS drainage system can be integrated to reliably prevent moisture damage in the interior. It drains off any surface water without backflow.
The tried and tested heroal sash geometry enables optimum thermal insulation properties with a Uw value of ≥ 0.86 W/m²K for all sash sizes and weights. Various insulation variants are available, e.g. the highly insulated heroal S 77 SL HI lifting-sliding door. In addition, the heroal sealing technology with four sealing levels and the use of EPDM sealing corners for sash and centre joint sealing ensure optimum performance features in terms of air permeability (class 4) and tightness against driving rain (class 9A). Certification up to resistance class RC 2 ensures a high level of burglary resistance.

As an insert element within the heroal C 50 mullion-transom curtain wall system, heroal S 77 SL adds additional functionality to the curtain wall. Effective thermal insulation is provided by heroal sun protection systems such as the heroal VS Z zip screen or the heroal VS Z corner solution, a shading solution for corner areas. An insect screen from the heroal IS system can also be used together with heroal S 77 SL.
