Extruded security roller shutter box

The extruded panel system heroal FMS 45° offers extremely high protection against burglaries and meets the requirements for security roller shutters rated resistance class RC 2 and RC 3 according to German industry standard DIN EN 162. This is achieved by 3 mm thick walls, a special security lock that can only be opened with a special key, and panel caps made from robust steel, to name but a few features. If required, the front panel can be removed completely, providing for a large inspection opening.

    The heroal FMS 45° is made from recycled aluminium and stands out for its high material stability. This burglar-resistant, extruded panel system, made from high-quality aluminium alloys, is available is resistance class RC 2 and RC 3.

    Design

    The heroal FMS 45° is available in a box size of 205 mm. The highly weather resistant heroal hwr powder coating provides for a perfect colour uniformity with heroal systems for windows, doors, sliding doors, curtain walls and roofings. In addition to more than 500 RAL, DB and VEKA colours, it is also available in the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier shades. Different gloss levels and structures perfectly accentuate surfaces coated in RAL colours. With the innovative surface refinement heroal SD, the surfaces of extruded parts are given impressive wood, rust or concrete looks. Reflective metallic looks can be created with Eloxal coatings.
