Clip profiles that connect the door and window panels with the sash profile greatly simplify insertion of the systems. At the same time, Easy Mount allows for a wide range of design options. Systems offer the option, for instance, of creating narrow profile views, barrier-free thresholds, and large window surfaces. Of course, they also fulfil the highest standards of burglary protection.

heroal Easy Mount systems

heroal VS Z EM

The heroal VS Z EM sun protection system is designed as a clamping Easy Mount system. It can be installed without drilling, then removed again without residue when needed. This also makes it suitable for existing properties, rental properties, and even historically listed buildings. Thanks to a variety of clamp options, it can be used in almost all common window types made of aluminium, plastic and wood, and offers different colour options and levels of opacity, from semi-transparent to fully opaque. Curtain control is either wireless via remote control or using a wall button.

heroal D 72 PF EM

The heroal D 72 PF EM door system utilises the well-developed system logic of the heroal D 72, combining it with a new thermal break geometry that inhibits delay without additional production steps. Thanks to the new reversible heroal infill fixing technology and the revised accessories, efficient pre-assembly is possible, saving material and production steps. Eliminating outer shadow gaps allows for production and fabrication within tolerances. The improved efficiency of the heroal D 72 PF EM door leaf profile results in up to 20 % shorter lead times.

heroal WF EM

The efficient heroal WF EM window fitting system stands out by offering highly economical production processes, with the greatest possible design freedom. By delivering significant production parts pre-assembled, installation times and expense can be reduced significantly for fabricators. Practical construction solutions like the innovative drive rod concept and clip-on leaf bearing simplify installation, and a bayonet is used to simplify fine adjustments. Nevertheless, the heroal WF EM offers a range of design options to complete aesthetically appealing construction projects. The fitting system is also available for narrow profile views and in burglary-resistant versions up to RC 3.
