heroal C 50 curtain wall systems can be combined with the block window system heroal W 72 i without visible sash (also available as “floating window“), the skylight window heroal C 50 SW and the ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF.

The flexible use of heroal window, door, (lifting-) sliding door and sun protection systems ensures a process reliable planning and fabrication, and provides for perfectly coordinated systems.

Thanks to the heroal profile bending and edging service, special shapes, such as round, segmental and basket arches or circular elements, can be created. Design variants, such as heroal C 50 ID and heroal C 50 GD, offer additional freedom of design.

The highly weather resistant heroal hwr powder coating provides for high-quality, colourfast surfaces and colour uniformity with the heroal system portfolio. This way, the desgins of curtain walls and insert elements can be perfectly coordinated, for building shells that appear to be cast from the same mould.

The modular system platform and the unique insulator technology make it easy to adapt the thermal insulation to the individual building project. In addition, foam-filled insulator profiles and a continuous seal offer fabrication advantages during installation and transport.

Just a few additional profiles are required to create the fire protection curtain wall heroal C 50 FP on the basis of the curtain wall system heroal C 50, with both variants having the same exterior look. heroal fire protection door systems can be flexibly integrated into fire protection curtain walls.

Rafter and mullion profiles can be machined extremely easily and efficiently with the universal punch. It has 13 different functions, so that almost the entire profile machining can be done with just one tool and by one person.

The seal insertion device provides for some prefabrication that can be done in the workshop. That means that the seals do not have to be installed on the building site, which, in turn, reduces manufacturing times.
