Shaping the future with heroal systems

As an integrated system provider for building shells, heroal will focus its presentation at BAU 2019 on new products from the areas of windows, doors, curtain walls and sun protection. These system solutions for fabricators, planners, architects and consumers have been specially developed for building projects in private and commercial construction where tomorrow is already being considered today. For heroal, therefore, the trade fair motto “SIMPLY BETTER. FUTURE.” will be at the heart of their BAU appearance.

While preparations for the upcoming fair are in full swing, anticipation is growing for the innovative new products that will be presented to the public for the first time in Munich in January 2019. The focus will be on six main topics with which heroal will expand its position as the industry leader in terms of execution quality and surface coating.

Fire protection

In order to expand its range of fire protection products, heroal has developed a new fire protection system, which stands out in particular due to its modular design and expeditious processing. heroal is thus further developing its existing product portfolio in this area.

Curtain walls

One of the highlight products in the field of curtain wall systems is an innovative solution that reinterprets narrow view widths. In addition, newly developed insert elements and solutions for the harmonious integration of heroal sun protection systems will be presented at the trade fair, thus extending the manifold application possibilities of heroal curtain wall systems.

Object service

Unique objects require tailor-made solutions. The heroal object service supports architects, planners and fabricators during all phases of a building project and gives advice on turning architectural visions into professional and economical solutions. The facets of the object solutions – whether standard or special – will be presented at the heroal booth.

Customisation

Customisation options down to bespoke items – this is what heroal is all about. Whether it be the colours of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, for which heroal holds the industry-exclusive licence, or the innovative surface finishing heroal SD (Surface Design) for special surface optics such as wood or concrete, the possibilities for the design of window, door, curtain wall, roller shutter, sun protection and roller shutter systems are practically unlimited. This allows heroal to meet the market’s demand for additional customisation and to design the building shell of any object to measure. Visitors of BAU can experience the special heroal surface coatings at the heroal booth in all their extraordinary quality and colour effect.

Insulation box

With heroal IB Unique, heroal has developed an insulation box system that can be stored in a space-saving manner and processed quickly and easily thanks to Super Z-Folding Installation Technology. Thanks to its modular design, the system adapts to a wide variety of installation situations (e.g. in masonry, composite thermal insulation systems, plaster and clinker curtain walls). In combination with other heroal systems, it achieves flexible insulation values to meet thermal insulation requirements up to the passive house standard.

Digital solutions

In addition to heroal product innovations, its services will also be highlighted. At heroal’s exhibition stand, architects, planners and fabricators can learn about the future products and services with which heroal will support its partners along the value chain. The central component is the BIM area.
