Casement-enclosing door infill panels on both sides for exceptional efficiency and ease of production

With the heroal D 72 PF EM sash profiles, the established heroal D 72 front and commercial door system provides an option for particularly fast and economical fabrication. heroal D 72 PF EM reduces the number of work steps and material required for door production as well as reducing throughput times by up to 20%. At BAU 2023, it received the Architektur+Bauwesen innovation award for its exceptional production efficiency. heroal has now expanded the heroal D 72 PF EM system portfolio: with the new D 72 PF EM bs casement-enclosing door infill panel on both sides, heroal has created a clip-on infill panel attachment system for reversible door infill panels on both sides that enhance the aesthetics in entrance areas. The need for additional profile processing is now a thing of the past. The perfectly engineered joining technologies enable a new solution to be created for particularly efficient and simple production of a front door with a casement-enclosing infill panel on both sides.

Product optimisations for more efficient production

To allow fabricators to produce heroal window systems even more efficiently, heroal optimised the corner connection for the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems. heroal specialist partners can quickly and easily join profiles thanks to the new stabilising angle as well as the optimised corner angle and mitre square with their enlarged lead-in chamfers. The clever fabrication process, efficient adhesive injection as well as the optional delivery in application-specific connector sets all add further value.

The new internal seal for the heroal W 72 window system ensures particularly fast fabrication, while saving on material. Together with the sealed corners, the new seal enables a framed, bonding-free installation. There is also no longer any need to seal the sealing corners. The optimised seal contour and the new sealing material support efficient installation with fewer materials, just like the innovative Slip Coat technology for insertion without lubricant.

heroal plus: Innovative complete solution for window systems

heroal plus is the company's first complete accessory package for window systems. The W 72 plus and heroal W 77 plus accessory packages for the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems are high-quality and flexible solutions for efficient window construction projects. heroal plus is a modular concept, comprised of a heroal VS Z textile screen, an anti drop device, an integrated insect protection roller blind as well as a windowsill for an integrated, complete solution from a single supplier. All components are individually available in different combinations or for subsequent installation and can be configured and ordered in the heroal Business Configurator with Orgadata LogiKal interface. An added benefit: The customised delivery of all system components ensures maximum efficiency and reliability in production and installation. Thanks to the uniformity of the colours and surfaces across all aluminium profiles as well as the minimal visible screw connections, heroal plus also ticks all the boxes when it comes to exceptional design.

Maximum flexibility thanks to a choice of different stages of assembly

The high prefabrication level of heroal systems reduces the manufacturing steps and accelerates the process from ordering through to final installation at the customer's site. To allow heroal specialist partners to respond to the requirements of the modern market even faster and with greater ease and flexibility, heroal offers the option of selecting between system solutions, kits and finished elements in the roller shutter, sun protection and roller door systems depending on the situation and utilisation. With its heroal Ready service offer, heroal provides prefabricated, certified finished elements manufactured from tried and tested heroal components.

The new kits for heroal sun protection systems offer different levels of fabrication and contain all components needed to produce the sun protection element in a single package. The heroal aluminium kit consists of panels that are already cut to size and machined, guide rails, an end slat and matching panel caps in the selected system colour. What's more, the heroal VS Z textile assembly and the roller shutter finished curtain make it possible to order individual ready-to-install assemblies directly to the customer's site. The heroal textile assembly and finished curtain can be installed in existing boxes or shafts with immediate operation. No interface with other trades is necessary. Special bearing brackets also allow the prefabricated systems to be integrated into VEKA or Exte top-mounted box systems.
