picos ID

With picos ID, building owners and specialist customers receive a digital product passport as a central source of information. Clients benefit from product descriptions, certificates and direct service requests. Specialist customers can create and locate digital elements and access documents, photos, maintenance instructions and parts lists, which significantly improves transparency and efficiency.

picos Portal

As a fabricator, you have a working environment in the form of an online portal to easily add logos, contact information, CE documents and care instructions. Subsequent adjustments can also be made. The sum of this data is called the "digital product passport" or "picos ID" and can be shared with dealers or other companies with just a few clicks. Assembly and employee planning are also possible.

picos IFS App

The picos IFS app is an optional addition to the picos Portal and optimizes the entire installation process - from planning to acceptance. Fitters receive installation orders, can call up installation instructions, checklists and photo documentation directly and save installation data. Acceptance procedures are supported with status updates and problem reports. After-sales options allow service contacts to be stored in the digital product passport and service orders to be managed.
