The configuration ID can be used to open the private customer's configuration directly in the heroal Communicator Business Configurator. You as the heroal processor can then finalise it there in the next step. The heroal Configurator gives you an overview of all your projects, automatically stores your personal conditions, if available, and thus enables individual sales price calculations. You can also trigger the order for your customer in just a few steps.
